Instructor Course: Mindfulness on the mountain
This Course will be a deep dive into the mindfulness practices and sensory practices that underpin everything I teach. A large portion of this course will involve guided meditation in the forest, partner, and group exercises and core routines which aid in cultivating a greater sense of presence to the world around you.
The course will include a program for you to continue following the course.
As with all the instructor courses I offer this course comes with 6 zoom meetings which help cement the knowledge and integrate into your life following the course.

Instructor course: Natural Navigation
This course is for those wanting to level up their natural navigation skills and learn ways they can integrate the teachings into their own outdoor/environmental education. It includes all the tuition of natural navigation 1 & 2.
Like all instructor courses this course also includes 6 zoom coaching calls, and a practice to complete following the course.
Duration: Full Day + six 1 hour zoom coaching calls.

Instructor Course: Fire By Friction - hand drill
Over the last decade I have facilitated numerous fire making workshops, over the years I’ve realized creating fire by friction is not just something you do, it’s a way of being.
This is the instructor course, in this course we will go above and beyond everything taught in my normal friction fire workshop, including teaching you to float and finding the materials that you are drawn to most.
This course like all instructor courses also come with 6 zoom coaching calls as part of the package. A huge part of honing these skills is making them a practice, the coaching calls aid in you feeling accountable to the art and will help you feel held by the community of fire makers.
Duration: half Day + 6 zoom coaching calls (30mins each)
